Looking back through my experiments and samples up till now, I thought it would be a good idea now to go back and work with them to incorporate them in garment ideas, to consider placement of my textiles on a different items of clothing. From previous crits, I understand that this is quite important as a way of communicating our ideas properly and putting them into context.
I also drew upon one of my samples to do some stand work with yarn, which I felt was quite helpful for me to figure out how to use one particular sample I had made, this also allowed me to experiment with the scale of my sample, and consider how it would sit on the body. This gave me some ideas that were quite different to what I was thinking before when just looking at the sample in front of me.
